About project
On average, one child in every six children in Taiwan has language disorders, and dysarthria accounts for 30% of them. Do parents know how to teach children correctly?
Codia is a kind of assistive device specially made for children with speech and speech disorders. It can accelerate the growth of children's treatment, increase children's willingness to recover, and cooperate with the professional advice of language therapists so that the treatment can also be completed at home.
在台灣平均每六個小孩就會有一個小孩有語言障礙的症狀，而構音語音韻障礙就佔了這之中的三成，那麼家中的家長知道如何正確教導孩童嗎？
codia是一款專門為有語言構音障礙的兒童做的一款輔具，加速兒童治療成長幅度，也可以增加兒童復健意願，配合語言治療師的專業建議，讓療程也可以在家中完成。
Breath is the source of power for sound. Sufficient air needs to be inhaled during pronunciation to provide more support for pronunciation. When some children speak, the volume is obviously low and the pronunciation is insufficient. Due to insufficient breath volume and insufficient vibration force of the vocal cords, the cohesion of spoken language is often interrupted, that is, the language rhythm is wrong.
Problem
氣息是聲音產生的動力來源。發音時需要吸入充足的氣體， 以提供更多的發音支持，有的孩子說話時，明顯音量小， 發音音調不足。由於氣息量不足，聲帶震動力量不夠， 口語的銜接經常出現中斷，也就是語言節奏錯誤。
Solution
This requires targeted and professional breathing training to improve these breathing problems. Breathing training is one of the necessary courses for the correction of many children's speech disorders. The design of assistive devices and game interface for children with dysarthria.
這就需要有針對性和專業性的呼吸訓練來改進這些呼吸功能的問題。 呼吸訓練是很多幼兒語言障礙矯正的必備課程之一，而兒童語言構音障礙輔具就是為了讓家長於居家也能陪伴孩童一同透過遊戲方式參與療程，針對三種構音障礙問題去改善不足之處，居家復健也能加快學習成效。
Survey
I actually went to the National Taiwan University Hospital in Douliu to ask the speech therapists about the existing treatment methods and treatment related issues, and provided our ideas for feasibility, improving their existing operating aids, and realizing online and offline treatment.
實際去到斗六的台大醫院詢問語言治療師現有治療方式以及療程相關性問題，發現現有的方法均無法將數據量化，若要確保有效還是需要預約門診到醫院進行構音改善治療，於是提供我的想法以求可行性，並改善他們既有的操作輔具，實現線上與線下的療程。
Model making
Polyurethane is selected as the material for making the model, the three views are printed and pasted on the three sides of the cuboid, and the prototype is cut out with a band saw and ground. The base is made by laser cutting the dense board and acrylic board, and then inserting the light strip into it. Finally, it is completed by painting after putty.
選用PU作為製作模型的材料，將三視圖印製並黏於長方體的三個面，用帶鋸機切出雛型，磨製而成，底座則是用雷射切割密集板、壓克力板後塞燈條進去製成，最後再將其上P土與補土後噴漆完成。

孩童有語言障礙很大一部分的原因是來自構音器官尚未開發，有一些音是需要嘴巴、嘴唇、舌頭靈活的運用才能發出的音，透過開啟前鏡頭，做出該題目所做出的表情吧！
模仿音訓練
孩童在還不會說單字或句子之前都是由模仿音或狀聲詞訓練的，讓他們去模仿動物音，增加他們開口的慾望，若他們發出的音有誤差，系統會在最後統計並回傳給數據報告
